Introduction
Glory Days Media AB, company registration number 556804-7335, is a content agency that has been operating since 2010. We have just over 30 employees with offices in Gothenburg, Jönköping, and Stockholm. We offer services within content marketing for both B2B and B2C, and our clients include companies and organizations across most industries.
Background
In Glory Days’ privacy policy for the processing of personal data, we describe, among other things, what information we collect, the purposes for which it is collected, how you can maintain control over your own data, and how you can contact us. We are the data controller responsible for the processing and comply with applicable laws and regulations designed to protect you as a private individual, including the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications 2002/58/EC and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. We process your personal data as the data controller and in accordance with this policy. If you have ordered a service or product from Glory Days, you have entered into an agreement with us, and we therefore need to process your personal data to administer, produce, and deliver your order.
Primarily, we collect personal data through business contacts, contractual partners, forms, our website, or individual employees. It may also come from a third-party company that Glory Days engages, for example, to expand our contact database.
In addition, Glory Days may collect and use your personal data for other purposes and based on other legal grounds, as outlined later in this policy.

Your personal data may also be disclosed to enable Glory Days to fulfill certain legal obligations toward relevant authorities, such as the Swedish Tax Agency and the Police.
Transfers mentioned here may only take place within the EU or EEA. Should Glory Days use data processors established in a third country, such as the USA, we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with international standards, including standard contractual clauses. However, we strive to always process personal data within the EU and EEA and to cooperate with partners and suppliers who also handle personal data within the EU and EEA.
Your Rights
You have the right to request information about which personal data we have registered about you and how it is being used. Submit a written request to us using the contact details provided below. We will respond to your request without undue delay and within one month.
You have the right to request that personal data about you be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading by contacting us using the details below.
You also have the right to receive and use personal data you have provided to us elsewhere. This applies when you have given your consent for the processing or when the processing is necessary for us to provide services to you, according to the agreement you have entered into with us. However, you do not have the right to transfer your data if we process it based on legitimate interests or legal obligations.
You can at any time request that your contact information be deleted or that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
