The Right Talent in the Right Place

Talent Match is a forward-looking SaaS startup that connects talent with Sweden’s top employers. Glory Days’ assignment was to recruit new members from specific target groups — within a set timeframe and at a defined cost. This required both precision and innovation.

Omnichannels with Precision

We developed an omnichannel strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and the contextual platform Kobler. By understanding the strengths of each channel and combining this with an advanced BI system, we were able to analyze the quality of each new member and continuously optimize efforts. The result was maximum impact at the lowest possible cost.

Smarter Campaigns

The campaign was successful, achieving a significant reduction in cost per new member. Cost efficiency improved on both Meta and Google. On LinkedIn, which lacked prior benchmark data, we achieved very impressive results, while Kobler primarily delivered niche and cost-effective brand awareness. These results not only highlight the campaign’s cost efficiency but also its ability to maintain high member quality, which was at the core of the assignment.
